Please call me and tell me what is happening with the Keystation pro88.
Its been 9 weeks now. 8 days since I CALLED YOU.

I was fed up with this before being sent a broken replacement and that was some time ago.

I would really expect to see a working replacement by the end of the week.
Almost a quater of my warranty has elapsed waiting for you to replace this item.

1 Yesterday was a public holiday in Victoria; even down here we occasionally have them.

2 Your warranty re-commences from delivery of the new unit

3 Although I'm not comfortable with the "broken" brand new unit you said you received I've arranged for another brand new unit to be shipped to you. This will be delivered to you as a favour to me by our NSW Sales Manager during this week so its intact arrival can be verified.

4 The un-standard delivery process has taken a little time but, short of my putting a keyboard in the car and driving to Sydney, I'm not sure what else I could have done beyond insisting that you follow our long established protocol of delivering to, and collecting from, the store where you originally purchased the item. This would have required two trips to Canberra.
